The C-Tec NC802DEWM is a waterproof alert point with an IP65 rating, designed for use in wet areas such as swimming pools. It generates Standard or Emergency calls on an 800 Series Call System and features a light grey back box, a yellow lid, and a bright red push button. The red reassurance LED confirms when a call is made, ensuring visibility.

Key features include a magnetic reset facility (requires NC803M magnetic reset key, sold separately) or the option to wire to a separate reset point in the 800 Series. The unit also comes with two stickers: one labeled ‘Call for Assistance’ and one labeled ‘Push for EMERGENCY’.
